  • What if I’m traveling out of the country? Can I get a refund for my lessons?
    Lesson payments are scheduled on a monthly basis. If you plan to travel and need to pause your lessons for more than two weeks, please contact the school at least 7 days before the start of the next month. We can offer alternatives such as online lessons or a temporary pause on your lessons for that month. Refunds are not available for missed lessons due to travel.
  • Do you offer family discounts?
    Yes! We provide family and sibling discounts for students enrolled in 45-minute or 60-minute lessons.
  • What to do if I can't attend to my lesson?
    If you need to cancel a lesson, please notify us as soon as possible by filling out the Lesson Cancellation Form under the "Lessons" tab. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions or visit the Forms section.
  • Can I change my instructor?
    Yes, if you feel that your instructor is not the right fit for you please contact us immediately. Before starting lessons, we schedule an online meeting or call with your teacher to help you get acquainted. However, if after lessons you still feel that your teacher is not the right fit, please contact us immediately so we can match you with a new instructor. We will be happy to assign you a new instructor to better suit your needs and help you reach your goals. Your comfort and progress are our priority!
  • How do I complete my registration?  
    Registration forms will be sent to you after you complete the "Request Info" form under the "Lessons" tab.
  • What is the payment process for music lessons?
    To avoid late fees, we recommend setting up automatic payments. Tuition is due on the 7th of each month for the total amount of your selected course. Payments made after this date will incur a $30 late fee. Accepted payment methods: - Credit card - Cash (accepted only at the studio—teachers are not authorized to accept payments) - Checks payable to The Heart Studios - Zelle - Bank transfers
  • Are all the teachers certified?
    While not all of our instructors hold Florida state certification, each of our teachers has extensive music training and teaching experience. They possess the necessary credentials and expertise to guide you in your musical journey and help you grow as a musician.
  • What is the refund & cancelation policy?
    Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be issued once the course has begun. If we cancel a class, students will receive a full refund or credit toward future classes. To discontinue lessons, students must provide written notice at least two (2) weeks in advance to avoid charges for the next month. Monthly tuition is non-refundable once billed.
  • What if I'm experiencing financial difficulties?
    If you're facing financial hardship, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss a possible payment extension. To avoid late fees, please reach out before your first class of the month.
  • When will I receive my order?
    All orders are handmade upon request, which may add extra processing time. Orders typically take 5 to 10 days to be fulfilled, while larger orders may require up to 15 days. Thank you for your patience and support!
  • Do you offer discounts for large orders?
    Yes! We offer special discounts, including educational discounts, for orders over $300. For more details and assistance, please email us at info@theheartstudios.net.
  • Can students receive discounts on items?
    Yes! Student discount coupons are typically available in your student portal under the News section. If you can’t find them, feel free to call us or email us for assistance.
